The Syrophoenician Woman - Mark 7
24 Jesus left that place and went to the vicinity of Tyre. He entered a house and did not want anyone to know it; yet He could not keep His presence secret. 25 In fact, as soon as she heard about Him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an impure spirit came and fell at His feet. 26 The woman was a Greek, born in Syrian Phoenicia. She begged Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter.

29 Then He told her,
As I said previously, Jesus was not the orthodox jewish rabbi that the judeo-christians imagine Him to be. Jesus had no regard for the Jews' brutish racism and narcissism.
The Jews hated Him because He told them that they weren't special. He criticized their ridiculous traditions. He constantly overruled the Old Testament. He even criticized the brutal behavior attributed to Jehovah.
Jesus was [is] greater than the Old Testament. He is greater than Jehovah.
In the story above, He went to Tyre, which is now in Lebanon. This Greek Lebanese woman wanted healing for her daughter.
I can imagine myself being there, sitting quietly in the corner and listening.

So He began with a supremacist statement.
Some of the disciples such as Peter who shared these supremacist beliefs must have nodded their heads in agreement. But then He allowed the woman to demonstrate her humanity, and in so doing, put jewish supremacism to shame.
After this, He gladly healed her daughter. I can then see Jesus looking at Peter and the others,

First let the children eat all they want,He told her,
for it is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.

Lord,she replied,
even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.
29 Then He told her,
For such a reply, you may go; the demon has left your daughter.
